I usually take my kids to a pediatric ER or urgent care but I’ve had to take my daughter here twice and both times we had a great experience. The nurses and physicians were very kind and caring. The physicians took the time to explain things and make sure we were comfortable with his treatment and recommendations.
Wonderful location!! My husband was seen quickly, and every nurse and doctor to come in contact with him/us was so kind, knowledgeable and gentle with their handling of news. My husbands very fearful of needles and they gave us all options and advised they could even get to the diagnosis without the blood work. They even did a follow up call a few days later to check in on him. Our provider was Dana Wingate and she was phenomenal. I would recommend this location to all my friends for emergency care.
The facility was extremely nice and the staff were amazing. I went around 1pm on a Thursday and was seen right away. There was no one else there. I received a quick exam followed by IV meds for pain, bloodwork and a xray. They were even kind enough to bring the portable xray to me since I was in so much pain. I was in and out in 2 hours. It was way faster, nicer and cheaper than a hospital ER.
